Today is the last day to grab 10.5263% cash dividend proposed by Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) for fiscal year 2078/79.
The company has called its 9th AGM on Poush 08, 2079. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet and Catering Events, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting from 10 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse 10.5263% cash dividend for FY 2078/79. The company's meeting of the board held on 29th Kartik 2079, proposed 10.5263% cash dividend from its profit maintained after FY 2078/079. This the first ever dividend proposed by the company.
The book closure date is announced on Mangsir 27. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before till today are entitled to dividend payout and attend the AGM.
