Reminder: Last Day to Grab 12.50% Dividend of Kumari Bank Limited

Today is the last day to grab dividend of 12.50% dividend of Kumari Bank Limited (KBL).
The company has called its 22nd AGM on 21st Kartik, 2079. The meeting will be held in Kumari Bank, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse 12.50% cash dividend (including tax) from its paid-up capital.
2) To discuss and approve the annual report of the board of directors for the 22nd AGM.
3) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79, and cash flow reports.
4) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
5) Endorse Merger and acquisition decision.
6) Misc.
Kartik 14 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
