Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NESDO).
The company has called its 4th AGM on 26th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held in Royal Kushma Resort, Kusma, Parbat, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 17.9342% cash dividend worth Rs. 4.57 Crores for FY 2078/79. The 78th meeting of the company held on Chaita 10, 2079 proposed a dividend of 73.6842 percent, including bonus shares, and cash dividends (including tax), derived from the accumulated profit of the organization for the financial year 2078/79. Subsequently, on Baisakh 04, 2080, the Nepal Rastra Bank, accorded its approval for a dividend percentage of 17.9342 only. The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 25.50 Crores.
The book closure date is from Ashwin 18 to Ashwin 26. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
