Reminder: Last Day to Grab Dividend of Salt Trading Corporation (STC)

Today is the last day to be eligible for the dividend of Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC).
The company has called its 55th AGM on Chaitra 30, 2078. The meeting will commence at 11 am that day, according to the notice unveiled on NEPSE's official website.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.5% dividend from the profits of FY 77/78 for shareholders. The company has proposed 10% bonus shares and a 0.5% cash dividend (including tax amount) from the profits of FY 77/78.
Chaitra 15 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
As of writing, STC has an LTP of Rs. 5,300.
