Mega Bank Nepal Limited (MEGA) has called its 11th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2078. The meeting will be held in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11: 15 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12.07% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The company has proposed a 10% bonus shares and 2.07% cash dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.65 Arba. Thus, the bonus shares are worth a little over Rs. 1.46 Arba and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 30.33 crores.

Mangsir 14 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM. As of writing, MEGA has an LTP of Rs. 323.

Similarly, Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Limited (GILB) has also called its 9th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Pokhara Grande, starting at 10 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 28% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 43,17,10,411.

The entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares. Thus, the bonus shares are worth a little over Rs. 12.08 crores.
