Reminder: Last Day to Grab Dividend of These Three Companies

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividends of Everest Bank Limited (EBL), Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE), and Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL).
Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has called its 27th AGM on 1st Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, starting at 11: 30 am that day.
Mangsir 17 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.32% dividend for the FY 2077/78. As per the notice published in NEPSE, the bank has proposed 6% bonus shares and 4.32% cash dividends. The dividend is distributed on the paid-up capital of Rs. 8,89,37,17,178.
Likewise, Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) has also called its 13th AGM on 29th Mangsir, 2078. The meeting will be held in Maharaja Resort, Rupandehi, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 11.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 244th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 14 decided to distribute 10.93% bonus shares and 0.57% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 3.40 Arba. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 37.25 and cash dividend is worth Rs 1.96 crore.
Likewise, Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) has called its 5th AGM on 3rd Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in Bandipur Mountain Resort, Tanahun, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 32.68% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 20,60,27,250. 31.05% bonus shares and 1.63% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 6.39 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 33.66 lakhs.
Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 4 board members from the promoters.
