Reminder: Last Day to Grab Dividend of These Three Companies

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) has called its 27th AGM on Mangsir 29, 2078, i.e. December 15, 2021. The meeting will be held in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 206th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 8 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital maintained as of Ashar end, 2078. 10% bonus shares worth Rs 96.58 crores and 4% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purpose) worth Rs 38.63 crore have been proposed.
Mangsir 10 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM. Books will be closed from Mangsir 10 till the AGM date.
Similarly, Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) has called its 35th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 13.06% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. 10% bonus shares and 3.06% cash dividend have been proposed. The 417th meeting of the board of directors held on October 5 has decided to distribute the dividend.

Likewise, Prime Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) has called its 14th AGM on Mangsir 19, starting at 2 pm.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15.87% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors has proposed 15% bonus shares and 0.87% cash dividend (tax purpose) from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 2,41,70,57,023. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 36,25,58,554 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 1,90,82,029.
