Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Asian Life Insurance Company

Today is the last day to grab dividend proposed by Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL).
The company has called its 15th AGM on 18th Baisakh, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Classic Simara, Bara, starting at 11:30 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 8.947% dividend worth Rs. 26.01 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 30 (today) has decided to distribute 8.50% bonus shares and a 0.447% cash dividend (for tax purposes). The bonus shares are worth Rs. 24.71 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 1.30 crores. The existing paid-up capital of ALICL is Rs. 2.90 Arba.
The book closure date is on Baisakh 08. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
