Today is the last day to grab the 14% cash dividend Bishal Bazar Company Limited (BBC) proposed. The company has called its 34th AGM on 28th Falgun, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Army Officer's Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14% dividend. 14% cash dividend (including tax) has been proposed on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.01 Arba.
The book closure date is on Falgun 9. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
