Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Citizen Investment Trust

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Citizen Investment Trust (CIT).
The company has called its 28th AGM on 31st Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 26.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Baisakh 29 decided to distribute a 26.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 25% bonus shares and 1.3158% cash dividend (for tax purposes) are proposed. The existing paid-up capital of CIT is Rs 4,251,000,576. The meeting will also elect a director and appoint one/one representative on behalf of the shareholders and directors to sign the decision book of the general meeting.
Ashad 19 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
