As per the notice published by the company, NESDO has proposed 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.63 Crores and 0.75% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 19.12 Lakhs. The company's paid-up capital is Rs. 25.50 Crores.
