Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Nepal Life Insurance

Today is the last day to grab the 21.05% dividend proposed by Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC). The company has called its 25th AGM on 28th Magh, 2081. The meeting will be held in Hotel Vishuwa, Birgunj, Parsa, starting at 9:00 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 21.05% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 388th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 26 has decided to distribute an 11.05% cash dividend (including tax) and 10% bonus shares. The existing paid-up capital of NLIC is Rs. 8.20 Arba.
The book closure date is on Magh 10. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
