Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Panchthar Power Company and Soaltee Hotel

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) and Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL).
Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) has called its 7th AGM on Poush 18, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Imperial Kathmandu, Battisputali, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 7% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company's meeting of the board held on 22nd Mangsir 2079 proposed a 7% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 67,375,000 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 96.25 Crores.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Poush 7 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
Similarly, Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has called its 48th AGM on 28th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Nepal Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting from 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 26.31578947% dividend. This was decided by the 241st meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 31. In total 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 4,21,28,986 and 21.31578947% cash dividend worth Rs. 179,602,521 have been proposed from its paid-up capital of Rs. 84.25 Crores.
The book closure date for the AGM and dividend is declared on Poush 07. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Poush 07 till the AGM day.
