Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Shangri-la Development Bank and Shine Resunga Development Bank

Today is the last day to grab dividends proposed by Shangri-la Development Bank Limited (SADBL) and Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE).

Shangrila Development Bank Limited has called its 19th AGM on 24th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.263% dividend worth Rs. 17.19 crores for the fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 03 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.26 Arba. 5% bonus shares and 0.263% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares worth Rs. 16.33 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 85.98 lakhs.

The book closure date is on 11th Mangsir, 2080. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

Similarly, Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited has called its 15th AGM on 23rd Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Dreamland Gold Resort & Hotel Pvt. Ltd., Manigram, Rupandehi, starting at 11 a.m. that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 11.05% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The bank's 280th meeting of the board held on 23rd Ashwin 2080, has proposed an 11.05% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the bank stands at Rs. 4.28 Arba. 10.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 44.98 crores and 0.55% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 2.36 crores have been proposed.

The book closure date is on 11th Mangsir, 2080. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
