Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Standard Chartered Bank Nepal and RSDC Laghubitta

Today is the last day to grab dividends proposed by Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) and RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC).
Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) has called its 37th AGM on Sunday, 24th Mangsir, 2080 (10th December 2023). The meeting will be held at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting from 1 PM that day. The participants who wish to participate in the AGM must sign the attendance book which will be open from 8:00 AM onwards.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 19% cash dividend (including tax) which is literally 19 rupees only. The paid-up capital of the bank stands at Rs. 9.42 Arba.
The book closure date is on 7th Mangsir, 2080. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
Similarly, RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has called its 10th AGM on 15th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Butwal.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 9.0526% dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 86.95 Crores. The company's 149th meeting of the board held on 18th Kartik 2080, proposed 8.60% bonus shares worth Rs. 7.47 Crores and 0.4526% for cash dividends worth Rs. 39.35 lakhs has been proposed.
The book closure date is on 7th Mangsir, 2080. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
