Today is the last day to grab the 4.211% dividend that United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) proposed. The company called its 15th AGM on 11th Chaitra, 2081. The AGM will be held at the Avya Club located at Pokhara, Kaski, starting at 11 AM.
The company has proposed a 4% bonus of shares worth Rs. 1.77 crores and a 0.211% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 9,32,842 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 44.31 Crores. Similarly, the company has resolved to issue 100% right shares after adjusting the allocation of 4% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 44.31 Crores.
The book closure date is 23 Falgun, 2081. Therefore, the shareholders who have maintained their shares until today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
