Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by United Modi Hydropower

Today is the last day to grab the 7.368% dividend proposed by United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL).
The company has called its 9th AGM on 23rd Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Heritage Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 7.368% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 29 decided to distribute 7% bonus shares and a 0.368% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.15 Arba, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 8,05,00,000 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 42,32,000.
The book closure date is on Chaitra 09. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
