Reminder! Last Day To Grab Dividends Proposed by MKLB, SMATA and RMDC

Today is the last day to grab dividends proposed by Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MKLB), Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA), and RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC).
Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MKLB) has called its 5th AGM on Chaitra 16, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Pauwa, Siddharthanagar, Bhairahawa.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5% dividend worth Rs. 70.87 lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 79th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 16 decided to distribute the 5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.17 crores. 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 67.32 lakhs and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 3.54 lakhs.
Similarly, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) has called its 9th AGM on 11th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Himalaya Drishya Resort, Dhulikhel, starting at 11:30 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 18% dividend worth Rs. 6.16 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 138th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 20 decided to distribute an 18% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 15% bonus shares and a 3% cash dividend have been proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 34.27 Crores. Thus, the bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 5.14 crore and the cash dividends are worth Rs 1.02 crore.
Likewise, RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) has called its 24th AGM on 10th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Amritbhog Catering, Kaliskasthan, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 27.3684% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 386th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.24 Arba. 26% bonus shares worth Rs 32.26 crores and 1.3684% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 1.69 crore have been proposed.
Chaitra 01 is the book closure date for these three companies' AGMs. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the respective AGMs.
