Reminder: Last Day to Grab the Already-Proposed Dividend of These 3 Companies

Three companies have declared their respective book closure date tomorrow, i.e. on Magh 12. All three companies have already proposed their respective dividends. Thus, investors who can manage to buy these companies' shares in today's trading session can also get the dividend of the respective companies.
Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 296th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 12 has proposed a 7% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and 3% as cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 82,33,97,859. The book closure date is declared on Magh 12. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout.
Similarly, the company has called its 24th AGM on Magh 23. Investors maintained before Magh 12 can also attend the AGM. As of writing, the last trading day's close price of the company is Rs. 184.
NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) has called its 8th AGM on Magh 25, i.e. February 07. The AGM will be held in Akama Hotel, Sukedhara, Kathmandu. The meeting will commence at 11 am on that day.
Among other proposals, the company will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company has declared a 3% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 16 has decided to distribute 2.85% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and 0.15% in cash dividend. While the bonus shares are worth 3,22,814 units, the cash dividend worth Rs. 16,99,021 is for tax purposes. This is the company's first dividend after being public and enlistment in NEPSE. After a successful IPO issue, NRN had made its debut on the Nepalese trading floor on August 26, 2020.
Furthermore, six board members will be elected from promoters and three from the public/ ordinary investors.

Among other proposals, the bank will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The bank has proposed a 14.21% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 250th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 10 has proposed a 13.5% bonus shares and 0.7105% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 3,23,86,89,428.26.
