Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Citizen Investment Trust 's Dividend And Himalaya Urja Bikas Company's Right

Today is the last day to grab the 14.7368% dividend proposed by Citizen Investment Trust (CIT).

The company called its 29th AGM on 31st Ashadh, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Tribhuwan Army Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am that day.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 32 has decided to distribute a 14.7368% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 14% bonus shares and 0.7368% cash dividend (for tax purposes) are proposed. The existing paid-up capital of CIT is Rs 5.31 Arba.

Ashadh 20 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.

Similarly, Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to be eligible to get the right shares of Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited (HURJA).

The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 99 crore through the issue of 9,900,000 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital of Rs. 99 Crore. After the adjustment of the proposed right share i.e. 99 lakh units, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 1.98 Arba.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited is appointed as the issue manager.

20th Ashadh is the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to apply for the shares.
