Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited

Today is the last day to grab the 15% dividend proposed by Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI).
The company called its 30th AGM on 25th Magh, 2080. The meeting will be held in Baneshwor Banquet, Thapagaun, starting at 11 AM that day.
The 317th board of directors meeting held on Poush 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.30 Arba. 8.63% bonus shares worth Rs. 19.86 crore and 6.37% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 14.66 crore have been proposed.
Magh 14 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
