Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of These Three Companies

Today is the last day to grab the 5.05% cash dividend proposed by Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC).

The company called its 29th AGM on 29th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in the office of the company registrar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, starting from 10 am that day.

The 336th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 26 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 98.16 crores. A 5.05% cash dividend worth Rs. 4.95 crores has been proposed.

Poush 20 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.

Similarly, Today is the last day to grab the 60% cash dividend proposed by Bottlers Nepal Terai Limited (BNT).

The company called its 37th AGM on 27th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Soaltee Hotel, Tahachal, Kathmandu, starting at noon that day.

Proposed a cash dividend of Rs 60 per share to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80.

Poush 20 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till Poush 19 can attend the AGM and are entitled to dividend payout.

Additionally, Today is the last day to clinch the dividend proposed by Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL).

The company called its 10th AGM on Poush 29, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 29th Mangsir 2080, has proposed a 5% dividend from the profit maintained after FY 2079/80. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 58.8 Crores. 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.

The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 20th Poush, 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till the 19th Poush is entitled to a dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
