Today is the last day to grab the 26.3158% dividend proposed by IME Life Insurance Company Limited (ILI).
The company called its 7th AGM on 28th Jestha, 2081. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM that day.
The 193rd Board of Directors meeting on Baishakh 21 has decided to distribute a 25% bonus share worth Rs. 1 Arba and a 1.3158% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 5.26 crore.
Jestha 14 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
