Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Super Madi Hydropower's Dividend

Today is the last day to grab the 5.263% dividend Super Madi Hydropower Limited ( SMHL) proposed.
The company has called its 15th AGM on 5th Kartik, 2081. The meeting will be held at Hotel Imperial, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 a.m. that day.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 8 has proposed a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.50 Crores and 0.263% cash dividend worth Rs. 55,26,316 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 2.10 Arba.
The book closure date is on Ashwin 18. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
