Ridi Hydropower announces book closure date for 18th AGM; 5.26% bonus shares to be endorsed

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure date of Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited (RHPC).
As per the notice published, the 18th AGM of the hydropower company will be held on Poush 4, 2076 where it will endorse decision to distribute 5.26% bonus shares (including tax).
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on Mangsir 19, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Mangsir 18, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
