Ridi Power Company convenes SGM; endorses 50% right shares worth 77.44 lakh unit soon for its shareholders

Ridi Power Company convened its SGM on Asar 8, 2080 under the leadership of the company’s chair Mr. Sanjeev Neupane. The SGM has endorsed the proposal to float 50% of right shares i.e., 77.44 lakh unit right shares to its existing shareholders.

The hydro project is investing the collected fund to build 20 MW Lower Balephi Khola Hydropower under Sajha Power Development. The company intends to complete the hydro project in two years with a total investment of 440 crores with 75% credit under the consortium of banks led by Kumari Bank, as per the media statement.
