Ridi Power Company Limited Calls 23rd AGM on Mangsir 7; What are the Agendas?

Ridi Power Company Limited (RIDI) has called its 23rd AGM on 7th Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will be held in Hotel Crystal Pashupati located at Gaushala, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 a.m. that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) To approve the approval of the short-term loan secured for the maintenance of the Iwa Khola Hydropower Project.
5) To approve the approval of Sajha Power Company Limited's investment of NPR 77,44,50,600 at a 55% rate.
6) To authorize the Board of Directors to amend the company’s charter and regulations as required by regulatory bodies, including the Electricity Regulatory Commission, Securities Board of Nepal, and Nepal Stock Exchange, for updates with the Company Registrar's Office.
7) To approve the sale of company-owned vehicles, assets, and shares, empowering the board to make necessary decisions on these transactions.
8) To approve the appointment of the Board of Directors.
9) Misc.

The book closure date is declared on Kartik 29. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
