Ridi Power Ltd. Holds 23rd Annual General Meeting, Approves Key Proposals

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ridi Power Limited was held at Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Gaushala, chaired by Kuber Mani Nepal. The AGM reviewed and approved key resolutions, including the financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81, the appointment of an external auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82, and the approval of a short-term loan for the maintenance of the Iwakhola Hydroelectric Project.

Special resolutions included approving an NPR 77.44 million investment in Sajha Power Ltd., authorizing amendments to the company's by-laws, and granting the board authority to sell company assets if needed. Santosh Adhikari was confirmed as a board member. The AGM saw active participation from shareholders, marking a significant step for the company's financial and strategic growth.
