Right Share Book Close: Last Day to Be Eligible to Claim the Right Shares of Singati Hydro Energy

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to be eligible to get the right shares of Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL).

The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 1.45 Arba through the issue of 14,500,000 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.45 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed right share i.e. 1.45 crore units, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 2.90 Arba.

The lock-in period of SHEL will be completed on 9th April 2024. Upon which the reserved shares of the project-affected people, employees, and promoters will be released and tradable in the secondary market. 

Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager of this right share.

Poush 22 is the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to apply for the shares.
