Right Shares of Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Allotted to Applicants; 85.42% Shares Subscribed

Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited (AKJCL) has allotted its 1:1.5 ratio right shares on the 30th Bhadra, 2081.
The company has allotted the shares to applicants and the non-allotted applicants will receive their money from 4th Ashwin, 2081.
1,20,00,000 units of right shares were issued from 27th Shrawan to 16th Bhadra, 2081. The hydropower company declared the book closure date for its rights offering on Shrawan 1, 2081. Thus, investors maintained before that day were eligible to apply for the shares.
A total of 1,02,49,752 shares have been allotted to the 41,362 valid applicants. Thus, 17,50,248 (14.58%) shares were unclaimed by eligible investors. This remaining quantity of shares will be auctioned soon to the general public and institutions.
