Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) has allotted its 1:1 ratio right shares on the 28th Poush, 2081.
The company has allotted the shares to applicants and the non-allotted applicants received their money from 28th Poush, 2081.
1,82,79,700 units of right shares were issued from 27th Mangsir to 17th Poush, 2081. The hydropower company declared the book closure date for its rights offering on 21st Kartik, 2081. Thus, investors maintained that they could apply for the shares before that day.
A total of 1,64,81,044 shares have been allotted to the 53,057 valid applicants. Thus, 17,98,656 (9.83%) shares were unclaimed by eligible investors. This remaining quantity of shares will be auctioned soon to the general public and institutions.
