Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited (HURJA) has allotted its 1:1 ratio right shares on the 25th Bhadra, 2081.
The company has allotted the shares to applicants and the non-allotted applicants will receive their money from 28th Bhadra, 2081.
99,00,000 units of right shares were issued from 24th Shrawan to 12th Bhadra, 2081. The hydropower company declared the book closure date for its rights offering on Ashadh 20, 2081. Thus, investors maintained before that day were eligible to apply for the shares.
A total of 84,53,641 shares have been allotted to the 31,583 valid applicants. Thus, 14,46,359 (14.60%) shares were unclaimed by eligible investors. This remaining quantity of shares will be auctioned soon to the general public and institutions.
