Right shares of Womi Microfinance and Best Finance listed on NEPSE; total of 1.19 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding listing of right shares of two companies, Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) and Best Finance Company Limited (BFC).

As per the notice, 1,010,880 right shares of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) has been listed on the secondary market. The microfinance company had issued 100% right shares for the existing shareholders.

Similarly, 188,980 right shares of Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) has been listed on the secondary market. The finance company had issued 25% right shares however; only the shares subscribed in auction have been listed.

These shares can now be traded on the stock exchange.
