River Falls power appoints Prabhu Capital as its share registrar; recently allotted IPO applicants can trade in their scrips soon

River Falls Power has appointed Prabhu Capital to function as its share registrar.
The agreement for the same was signed on Jestha 13, 2079 between the director of the hydro company Mr. Mitralal Shrestha and the MD of the Merchant banker Mr. Dinesh Thakali, as per the statement.
The hydro company had floated IPO from Baisakh 28 to Jestha 4, 2079 and allotted the same on Jestha 9, 2079, as per the media statement.
