RMDC resuffles its board with 4 new members from 4 promoter banks; 3 new female faces in the board with Ms. Sujata Joshi as new chairman

RMDC Microfinance has suffled its BoD members by electing Ms. Namita Dikshit from Nabil Bank, Mr. Jayandra Bikram Shah from Himalayan Bank, Ms. Sujata Joshi from Nepal Investment Bank and Ms. Samata Pant Bhatt from Nepal Bank.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Poush 22, 2075 has also appointed Ms. Sujata Joshi as the new chairman of the company who has received her oath of privacy and designation from ED of BFI Regulation Dep. Of NRB Mr. Narayan Prashad Paudel on the same day.
