RSDC Laghubitta Unveils Book Closure Date for its 9.05% Dividend; Calls AGM on Mangsir 15

RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has called its 10th AGM on 15th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Butwal.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 9.0526% dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 86.95 Crores. The company's 149th meeting of the board held on 18th Kartik 2080, proposed 8.60% bonus shares worth Rs. 7.47 Crores and 0.4526% for cash dividends worth Rs. 39.35 lakhs has been proposed.
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 7th Mangsir, 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till the 6th Mangsir are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
