RSDC Microfinance successfully conducts 5th AGM; endorses 10% bonus shares and elects new board members

RSDC Microfinance has successfully concluded its 5th AGM on Poush 29, 2075 in Butwal chaired by its chairman Mr. Rajendra Prashad Dahal. the AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10 % bonus shares and 0.53% cash divident for tax purpose to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

In addition of informing the gathering about appointment of Dr. Rama Basyal as its independent BoD from the earlier board meeting, the AGM also elected Mr. Rajendra Prashad Dahal from Gramin Swavalamban Bikas Kendra, Mr. Chandra Raj Sharma from Bank of Kathmandu into the board from the promoter group while Mr. Bishnu Prasad Poudyal and Mr. Hari Prasad Bhattarai as BoDs from public shareholder group.
