Rural Microfinance appoints NCM Merchant as share registrar

Rural Microfinance Development Center Limited (RMDC) has appointed NCM Merchant Banking Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu as its share registrar.
Mr. Jyoti Chandra Ojha, CEO of Rural Microfinance and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, Managing Director of NCM Merchant signed on the agreement yesterday (Ashoj 10, 2073).
Fom now onwards NCM Merchant will carry out all the share related services of the microfinance company.
