Ryan Energy Partners with Global IME Capital for IPO and EV Expansion

Ryan Energy Pvt. Ltd., a key player in Nepal’s renewable energy sector, is set to enhance electric mobility by integrating advanced battery swap mechanisms for two- and three-wheeler EVs.

The company signed an agreement with Global IME Capital Ltd. under the "Business Concept to Listing" initiative for institutional consultation and IPO issuance in FY 2082/083.
