Sabaiko Laghubitta convenes 6th AGM; endorses 18% bonus shares for its shareholders

Sabaiko Laghubitta convened its 6^th AGM on Falgun 26, 2079 under the leadership of company chair Mr. Narayan Prasad Joshi.

The AGM has decided to approve 18% bonus shares and 0.95% cash dividends to its shareholders and has authorized the board to carry out any merger/acquisition work with suitable institutions, as per the media statement.

The AGM also endorsed the decision to increase the authorised capital from the existing Rs 30 crore to Rs 40 crore and paid up and issued capital to Rs 31.86 crore, as per the media statement.

The AGM has appointed Shrestha and Neupane Associates, Charter Accountants as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
