Sabaiko Laghubitta & Sadhana Laghubitta Signs Final Merger Agreement

The final merger agreement between Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) and Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) has been completed and approved, according to the official notice of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

The companies had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the merger, Baishakh 12, where the chairman of both organizations signed a memorandum of understanding for the merger.

The current paid-up capital of SABSL is Rs. 31.86 Crores whereas the same of SDLBSL is Rs. 38.22 Crores.

As of writing, the last trading price of the SABSL and SDLBSL is Rs. 772.00 and Rs. 717.10, respectively.
