Sabhapokhari Hydro appoints RBB Merchant Banking as issue manager to float ordinary shares in IPO; 5 MW hydro project in Sankhuwasabha completes 80% of construction work

Sabhapokhari Hydro, the developer of 5MW Hydropower project at the Sankhuwasabha district has appointed RBB Merchant Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of its ordinary shares to the project-affected, Nepalese migrant workers and general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr.   Shreeram Devkota, MD of the hydro developer and CEO of the merchant banker Mr.       Badri Prasad Pyakurel, amid a program, as per the media statement.

The hydropower project is constructing a 5 MW project at Sabhapokhari gaupalika in Sankhuwasabha district 80% of the work is completed, as per the media statement.
