Sagar Distillery Limited Calls AGM To Pass To Issue IPO At Premium Price

Sagar Distillery Limited has called its 1st AGM on 15th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Company Registered Office on Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the company will pass proposal to issue shares at a premium price.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Endorse the appointment of an independent director.
5) Form a new board of directors.
6) To issue an IPO to the General Public.
