Sagarmatha Insurance Proposes 13.1579 % Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2078/79

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited(SIC) has proposed a 13.1579 % dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The 325rd meeting of the board of directors held on Tuesday, has decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.33 Arba. 12.50% bonus shares and 0.6579% cash dividends have been proposed. 

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

Sagarmatha Insurance Limited (SIC) and Lumbini General Insurance Limited (LGIL) BoD have signed the merger MoU and is all set to merge with each other.
