Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Limited Calls 27th AGM to Endorse 5% Dividend; When's the Book Closure?

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has called its 27th AGM on 27th Chaitra, 2080.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5% cash for FY 79/80. The 18th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 14 has decided to distribute a 5% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The existing paid-up capital of SALICO is Rs. 2.62 Arba.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81, and approve the appointment of Nirmala Devi Manandhar as an independent director.
The book closure date is on Chaitra 13. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
