Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Proposes 15% Cash Dividend for FY 2080/81

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has proposed a 15% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 33rd meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 28 has decided to distribute a 15% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The existing paid-up capital of SALICO is Rs. 2.62 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SALICO closed at Rs. 714.60.
