Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Proposes 5% Cash Dividend for FY 2079/80

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has proposed a 5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 18th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 14 has decided to distribute a 5% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The existing paid-up capital of SALICO is Rs. 2.62 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SALICO closed at Rs.658.00.
