Samaj Laghubitta and Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta appoint share registrar

Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has appointed BOK Capital Market Limited as its share registrar.

Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited had issued 86,000 units worth Rs 86 lakh as Initial Public Offering to the general public from Bhadra 4-8, 2077. Their share registrar themselves were unaware of when the shares will be available in NEPSE for trading. Nevertheless, allotted applications have received their shares on Demat accounts already.

Similarly, Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has appointed Civil Capital Market Limited as its share registrar.

A share registrar of a company in NEPSE is an institution that is responsible for recordkeeping of shareholders. It is also responsible for share listing and delisting, share transfer, share split, and cash/ bonus dividend distribution, among other responsibilities.
