Samaj Laghubitta Calls SGM With These Agendas

Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 32nd Shrawan, 2081. The meeting will be held in Janaki Family Hotel and Party Palace located at Malangawa, Sarlahi, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the SGM will pass a resolution to address the insufficient issued capital at the time of establishment by increasing the company's capital to Rs. 4,00,00,000 (four crore rupees). A resolution will also be passed to formalize the retention of this increased capital.
The book closure date is on Shrawan 25. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend this SGM.
