Samriddhi Capital Limited will be convening its 4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 9, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Annapurna, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu at 1:30 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are to endorse 5% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74, major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. National Co-operative Bank Limited will also be conducting its 14^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Poush 6, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu at 8:00 AM.
